Yvonne Green: 17 year old graduate in the 1970s. Yvonne Green gradated with a master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. She received her BA in English (Concentration in Writing) from CUNY's Hunter College, also in New York City, with a minor in Media Communications (Journalism). Through her love of writing, she often found herself in the position of a teacher "via written communication" whether creating Bible lessons for her adult class at church or conveying written instructions to coworkers on how to perform some function on the computer. The unofficial role of teacher expanded to an unofficial role of "reference librarian," as many coworkers, friends, and relatives would turn to her for answers. "If I couldn't find the information on the Internet, and everything cannot be found on the Internet," spoken like a true librarian, "I would try my library resources at home." Possessing an extensive home library never seemed odd to this bibliophile, with its sections in Reference, Writing Instruction, History, Science, Religion, and Business—including volumes on resume writing. The library seems to blend right in with the overstuffed file cabinets brining with tidbits of information on topics like: Career counseling, resume writing, achieving success, reaching your goals, money management and entrepreneurship. Her frequent communications involving resumes and career choices led her to launch Career Consultant Publications (CCP) in New York City.

High-school-resume.com is sponsored by CCP. "My extensive research on the topic of resume preparation over the years has revealed a host of complaints by recruiters and hiring managers--the majority of which are easily remedied," says Ms. Green. This web site was created primarily to aid recent high school and college graduates with the tasks of preparing effective job search documents--cover letters, resumes, and after interview thank-you correspondence. "Since there is no greater dividend than learning early in life to avoid the chief errors that can scuttle your ship before it is launched, I wrote Stop Making Dumb Mistakes on Your Resume!" This e-book, she asserts, "Will keep your job search campaign afloat."

This product, although created with the high school and college graduate in mind, will prove beneficial to those at the master's degree level who, according to hiring personnel, are making the same resume errors as entry-level job seekers—errors they feel people at this level should have eliminated years ago.

Stop Making Dumb Mistakes on Your Resume!--along with its four bonus reports--is a complete resume instruction kit filled with advice and tips that will benefit any job seeker no matter what level you are at in your career. CCP is happy to bring this product to you.
